Man is made of blissful light
Some call it miracles and wonders
When we choose to ignore
We cause our pains and blunders
Knowing God is calling him home
Man fights for what he pleases
Ego reigns and lives to swell
No relief that eases
Blindly roaming far away
Instead of right within
Run by fear things don't seem clear
Unsure where to begin
Communication is the key
Nothing to lose or win
Why not express what's in the chest
Cleanse the soul from sin
Forgiveness for the wavering
Thinking you know best
Forgetting God and His way
He's the place to rest
Forgiveness for idolotry
As if there's something greater
That which has created us
Is the worthy Savior
Forgiveness for the many things
The heart can feel is heavy
Let it out have no doubt
He'll hear you when you're ready
It's not about religion
Call it as you wish
Either way we have to swim
Oceans full of fish
With far too many piranhas
Hunting tasty bait
They can smell a spirit
Then bite to change your fate
Submit or stand to defend
Enough has been enough
Responsibility to make amends
Why make life more tough
Open receptivity
Then the heart will pour
A river that is smooth and cool
